Robert Brown - Co-Founder
Robert Brown oversees strategic Wi-Fi roaming and managed services partnerships with top brands including AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, Nintendo, Sony and others. Since joining the company in 2004, he has been instrumental in developing long term relationships with strategic partners, significantly enhancing company profitability and increasing the visibility of the Wayport brand, now recognized as an international leader in the design and integration of applications and software over wired and wireless carrier grade networks. Prior to joining Wayport, Robert held key sales and marketing positions at Global Crossing, Dynegy, Broadwing and Dell Computer. Robert holds a BS degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Todd Gibson - Co-Founder
Todd has over 18 years of experience in telecommunications, financial, energy, and wireless industries leading cross-functional teams in new cutting edge  technologies.  For nearly 10 years at T-Mobile/MobileStar, Todd has been engaged in leading the wireless design, next generation architectures, network engineering, handset/client device validation testing and Tier III operational support for one of the nation’s largest wireless 802.11 network service providers.  Back in 1999, Todd started the Engineering team at MobileStar which redefined and created the HotSpot service as we know it today.  Todd brought new innovations into the 802.11 wireless space by direct interaction with multiple, major manufactures and their hardware/software development teams as well as leading internal development solution efforts.  Prior to his current position, he built and provided primary operational support for Nomura Asset Solution’s data center network environment including all their financial back office systems that processed $1.5 billion in new commercial asset loan transactions a month. Before joining Nomura, Todd held LAN/WAN technical leadership positions at MCI Telecommunications, Nortel, and Pacific Gas & Electric.
